Neal Grabow

After graduating high school in 1980, Neal left the family farm and commercial construction business in Minnesota to join the U.S. Air Force. During this time, he serviced the missile fields and base facilities from the Civil Engineering department until his enlistment commitment was completed. Neal then spent 21 years working for Hartford Steam Boiler, providing loss control and inspection services, including nuclear facilities, code construction, power generation and heavy manufacturing.

He then ventured into the private sector, initially in the HVAC segment, then later developing a failure prevention and root cause investigation practice, which has served electrical power generation facilities throughout the world. In 2011, Neal joined the team serving insurers of power generation and industrial facilities as an Associate.

Neal brings significant experience and knowledge to the newly formed MGTA Group as a Partner in the venture to continue serving the insurance industry on energy related losses, while sharing the benefits of the business model from which it was developed.
